Research data processing and data protection

By answering this survey, you agree to the use and analysis of your answers for research purposes. You further agree that:

1. the part of the data from which you can be identified directly (e.g. e-mail) will be removed from the research data two weeks after your answer, before the data analysis begins;

2. in contrast to point 1., such verbal/textual answers that you may give in response to this survey (e.g. by writing text to open questions) and where you may yourself indicate your name, the name of your organization or other information that directly identifies you or your organization, will not be deleted within a week of my reply, but they will be deleted from the data when the data is disclosed to scientific publications or other researchers in accordance with section 6. If you do not agree to the retention of such data, please do not mention your name or other identifiers in open questions;

3. you can check or correct your information, or ask the research team to delete your information until two weeks have passed since you responded;

4. when more than two weeks have passed since you answered, you can no longer check or correct your data, or ask the research team to delete your data, because after two weeks the research team has deleted such data from which you can be directly identified (e.g. name, e-mail, phone number), the research team will no longer be able to identify, extract or delete your data from the data of other respondents;

5. information that allows you to be directly identified (e.g. name, email, phone number) is not presented or displayed in any research results, reports or scientific publications

6. information based on which you cannot be directly identified (e.g. answers to the non-personalizing questions of the survey) will be stored for ten years for further scientific analysis and may be disclosed to scientific publications or stored in a temporary data warehouse for scientific research conducted by other researchers.
